10 Ways to Love Your Body

Here are 10 ways i have read through today that i think are SUPER-useful to gain back ultimate confidence for ourselves. Honestly, lepas baca these 10 ways, i rasa macam->>WOW! this is what i've been looking for all this while! ^_^ So guys, lets start to love our own body like we used to do before :) ->>


1* Become aware of what your body can do each day. Remember, it is the instrument of your life, not just an ornament

kayaking. Kesian chak.dah macam sayur dah! xD




Washing dishes. Tengok ni berapa banyak i basuh pinggan mangkuk tiap-tiap hari? 


Study,study,study! This is what happened when i've started to study my most 'FAVORITE' subject which is mathematics!  






2* Don't let your weight or shape keep you from activities you enjoy




Activities i enjoy ^_^->>



Sleeping in class xD



Patting animals.Nampak je comel kuda ni kan? perghh...lari laju bagaikan kilat!



having fun with girlfriends!!



yiah!! bowling..that's all it takes! ^_^





3*Wear comfortable clothes that you like and feel good to your body.



Oh yes let's dance with baju kurung!! ;D

4* Count your blessings, not your blemishes





motif? uncle botak! >.<





5* Every evening when you go to bed, tell your body how much you appreciate what it has allowed you to do throughout the day






6* Find a method of exercise that you enjoy and do it regularly. Don't exercise to lose weight or to fight your body shape. Do it to make your body healthy and strong because it makes you feel good





1,2,3 up! 1,2,3 up! haha




7* Think back to a time in your life when you felt good about your body. Tell yourself you can feel like that again, even in this body, at this age


Moments that i really love and i will always miss these.. :)














8* Start saying to yourself, "Life is too short to waste my time hating my body this way".


To myself : " Yes, life is too short to waste my time hating my body this way" right? :)




9* Eat when you are hungry. Rest when you are tired. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner strength and beauty



So, start from today! eat when you are hungry! 




And don't forget to sleep when you are tired. penat sikit-sikit ke, penat banyak ke..tidur je..yang penting REHAT ^_^



And not forgetting people who remind me of my inner strength and beauty->>
