What blood type will gain more benefits from Green Tea?
Ever heard of a book titled "Eat Right 4 Your Type" written by Dr.Peter J. D'Adamo? Well i can say here this book line has really helped me to get more info on beverages and supplements which are highly beneficial, neutral, and to be avoided for my blood type O eating patterns. And the book that i highly recommended for all of u to have is the "FOOD BEVERAGE and SUPPLEMENT LISTS" also written by Dr. Peter J. A'Adamo with Catherine Whitney->>
Alright, so now here this book will show all the list of foods that are highly beneficial, neutral and foods to be avoided based on your blood type, and i have finally knew that green tea is really highly beneficial for me which is blood type O compared to other type of tea. But unfortunately, i just read this book for blood type O, so i don't really know of green tea is highly beneficial for other blood type such as AB,A, or B. So to get to know if green tea suits your blood type other than blood type O, u can try to read this book where u can get at Kinokuniya Bookstore, KLCC at RM25.50.
What i can just say here for now is, Green Tea is really highly beneficial for Blood Type O.... :)
The benefits from drinking Green Tea
To simplified everything i have learnt from drinking green tea, i have sorted all the benefits learnt into 2 main categories :
* For Health
1. Great stimulator->> A great stimulants that will make u feel fresh and fully-energized which essentials to counter fatigue, laziness, sleepiness, and lack of energy and to improve blood circulation (these has really worked for me to feel more energized when it comes to loads of assignments to be done :)
2. Work in immunity boosting->> Researches show that people who regularly drink green tea do not fall prey to common bacterial and viral infections easily, and even if they do, it is far less frequently than those not consuming it. Anti microbial property from green tea also will protects us from bad breathe, dysentery, diarrhea, tooth decay, indigestion, flu, cough and cold. which are caused by microbial and fungal action.
3. Astringency->> It triggers contraction in muscles and tissues and tones up muscles and skin. And , a mere mouthwash with this daily will cause sufficient contraction in gums to keep them firm and tight on teeth and thus prevent loosening and falling of teeth for long.
4. Anti-carcinogenic->> Prevent formation of carcinogens like nitrosamines and reduce the chances of cancer those pertaining to colon, rectum, pancreas and intestines.
5.Can reduce cholesterol level ->> Due to its alkaline nature.
6. Anti diabetic->> Helps reduce the blood glucose level (if not taken with sugar). Other than that, the anti oxidizing and astringent nature of its constituents ensure good health and better functioning of pancreas and thereby better secretion of insulin and resultant better decomposing and absorption of sugar. This helps keep diabetes away.
7.Stamina & endurance booster->> Just have a cup of hot green tea after rigorous exercise and within no time you will be ready for a few more sets.Try this out! :)
8. De intoxicating->> The best cure to get rid of hangovers and fatigue caused by consumption of alcoholic beverages and lack of sleep due to late night workloads.
*For Beauty
9. As anti-ageing agent->>neutralize the oxidants of free radicals that is responsible for corroding the body, at which green tea is very rich in anti-oxidants, also improved skin elasticity.
10. As sun protection->> have been shown to reduce sun damage by neutralizing free radicals and reducing inflammation. But green tea does not block the UV rays, so it must be used in conjunction with sunscreen lotions for the optimum results. :)
11. Anti-inflammatory-->> The anti-inflammatory properties, which can be used to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea and inflammatory lesions.
13. Instant cosmetic ->>Ice cubes made from freshly brewed green tea can be used as a toner. Let the ice thaw slightly before use and then sweep gently over the face after cleansing. Green tea leaves can be used as a gentle exfoliant (I've tried this one , and it has really worked!). A spritzer made with green tea and mineral water can be used to freshen the face, treat minor cuts, soothe sunburn or reduce swelling.
So far, these are all the benefits that i've learnt and have experienced after constant consumption of green tea since 1 year ago. I hope that you guys can try out to have green tea in daily meals to get the same outstanding benefits that i had. ^_^.
Trying is better than do nothing right? ^_^
The right way to prepare your Green Tea
Simple steps to follow in brewing your green tea (applicable for sachet/fresh leaves green tea)->>
1*Boil a cup of water and pour the boiled water into 1/3 of your mug.
2* Pour in some of cold water until you think the water temperature has reached 50-60 degree celcius (well you don't have to measure the water temperature with the thermometer. LoL, when you think the water isn't too cold and not too hot, it would be just fine) ;) )
3*And steep your green tea around 1-3 minutes beacuse too long a steeping time will result in more bitterness and a less balanced flavor.( Steeping time will depends on your water temperature, the lower the temperature, the longer the tea can be steeped.
4* And now your green tea is ready! yippie! ^_^
Amount of Green tea intake we should have daily
It is naturally learnt that the more we have something, the more that we will have it's benefits, but in excess amount, it will become a poison to the body system, and less of it will gain nothing. So, if you drink more of green tea like 2-3 cups a day, should be ideal to your body to gain all of it's benefits. For me, 2-3 cups a day is just enough for us to get through the day.
But, anyone who is drinking the green tea for any specific purposes, can go for 3-4 cups a day to get the maximum benefits.Go for 1 cup each for your breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner.
Precautions you should take :
1) Green tea do stained your teeth, so make sure that you rinse your mouth after having green tea.
2) All kind of teas will dehydrate your body so drink more white water to maintain your body water level~in order to avoid dehydration.
3) Remember, never have your green tea with sugar to avoid losing all it's benefits!
Alrite guys! these are all useful information that i am able to share with all of you, hope these could help ya! Good luck!
My favorite Green Tea brand of all time! You go LIPTON!!! ^_^->>
Lots of Love
